Method of Ownership:

Each home will have eight owners set-up in a tenant-in-common, fee simple, deeded ownership. Each owner will own 12.5% of the house, independent from all the other owners. This 1/8th interest can be sold, deeded, bequeathed or transferred to any other person of your choosing. Your 1/8th interest is considered real property and an asset for your banking/credit needs. It also means that you can receive all of the prorated asset appreciation of your purchase and all of the prorated write-offs.

Each homeowner will equally share home usage for six weeks a year. Baccara management will facilitate scheduling, cleaning, and maintenance of your home and amenities.
