Concierge Services

Baccara PRC is dedicated to making each visit to your new home both a personal and inviting experience.  Our club members will be able to call ahead of their arrival and request many services including the following:

• Baccara PRC’s Concierge Service will greet you when you arrive,  answer any questions and take requests
• Request online or fax a grocery list of items that you would like in your kitchen upon your arrival
• Let us know when you will be arriving and we will have the fireplace already lit and the heater turned-on at your preferred setting
• Your home will be arranged with your personal items out upon your arrival, such as pictures, monogrammed linens, and other items you request and store in your personal family locker
• Remove snow from the driveway, decks and walkways
• Use of  one or more Club Level Wave Runners, snowmobiles, or ski boat
• Coordinate catering functions with local caterers in the Tahoe area for parties and other functions
• Obtain reservations or tickets for shows, restaurants, ski resorts and golf tee times
• A binder showing suggested ‘things to do’ in the Lake Tahoe area
