Owner Usage Program

Planned Weeks

When you purchase your fraction, you will choose which usage interval you would like from the available time.  This set of weeks will apply to the current or coming year, depending on when you buy. With our exclusive Vacation Rotation System, you will be able to enjoy every holiday as your set of six Planned Weeks will adjust by one week later each year. If you want to exchange your Planned Weeks with another owner, or take advantage of an open week, notify us no less than seven days in advance of your stay and our Customer Liaison will make every attempt to accommodate you.  

Holidays

Every owner will be able to enjoy every holiday throughout their ownership. Holiday weeks are assigned to each owner every year and rotate on a yearly basis.
